Job Summary
Laborers should be able to:
-
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations related to creating and maintaining a safe work environment.

Follow instructions provided by a foreman with daily tasks and expected goals for specific projects.

Safely work around heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, cranes, etc.
-
Safely work at elevated heights (e.g., on ladders or lifts) and below grade.

Complete assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner.
-
Communicate effectively with other personnel verbally and by using hand signals.
-
Demonstrate a continuous effort to provide quality customer service, when necessary, and improve overall operations.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license.

Successfully complete the pre-employment screening process, including a drug test.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. multiple times per day.

Must be able to bend at the waist and kneel throughout the workday.
-
Must be able to walk on rough terrain and climb ladders up to 10 feet in height multiple times per day.

Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions (e.g., summer heat, cold temperatures below freezing, rain, high winds, etc.).

Must be willing to travel to other locations in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.

Must be able to occasionally work overtime, depending on workload.
